Kathleen is an experienced executive of public media stations and has served on the boards of national, state and regional non-profits devoted to health care, early learning, business success, university excellence, state history and global archaeology.

Under her leadership, WITF Public Media (in Harrisburg, PA) secured spectrum leases and a channel sharing agreement worth $65 million, with endowment growth over her tenure from less than $450,000 to more than $33 million.

She has helped organizations weather recessions and loss of funding, and to restore financial stability and public trust. She's seized opportunities too, including forging a statewide public radio network and multiple project partnerships.

Kathleen has guided a dozen strategic plans and led multiple executive searches for non-profits. She takes great pride in mentoring talented professionals seeking new challenges.
